They made ordering very easy and made sure to send out updates to keep me informed every step of the way. I did not need to reach out to their customer service teams at all but if I had to take a guess, then I would guess they have great customer service just based upon their company culture. I am looking at switching over to a more natural and holistic flea protection option, but will continue to use this company if the other options don’t prove to be effective.

I can not believe how much I saved ordering through here. I have 3 dogs and they are all different weights so it gets expensive. I saved at least $400 and no prescription was needed which means no vet visit just to get their heartworm meds. That's even more money saved. Thank you so much for not gouging animal lovers.

works great gave it to my dogs didn't see fleas on them for 5 months and absolutely baught it again worth the money 100%

To my surprise, each box had one capsule without a lid/perforator inside the sealed package
Overall, the shipping was fast and the product was good. The only inconvenience was the lack of a cap because not all cats have the patience to wait for me to find something to pierce the capsule with. -

Pet Bucket is half the price from my U.S. Vet! Very easy to order and they send reminders for reorders! The best part is the personal video message that she sends to you saying thank you! I love it and so does River. We order Simparica Trio.

Package arrived on time. more important, the flea and tick medication is almost $100.00 US cheaper than my veterinarian.
-
Miranda A.Kentucky, United States
Takes a couple weeks to get so order ahead of time before running out. I love that I can have a flea free home without running to the vet every time I turn around.

I've been rescuing cats pretty much my whole life and caretaking any pet at the best of times is an expensive proposition. Now that I'm a senior with my primary source of income the mere pittance of US Social Security it gets even harder!
I'm adamant about keeping my felines on monthly topical flea/tick/heartworm prevention but the US prices have become unsustainable. PetBucket's identical options are a lifesaver and although the shipping takes longer, it's perfectly easy to plan ahead. PetBucket's communication is excellent, their products are top quality, I've already introduced friends to their website and will continue to do so. -
Vanesa P.Florida, United States
Excellent price. Too much time waiting for delivery but that will not stop me to keep buying from them or to recommend Pet Bucket. I work as a pet sitter for many years and I'm very updated on prices for dogs needs so I'm very happy I've found this site!

Chewy was priced at $200 for 1 pack of 6 of these. My vet charged $280 for 1 pack of 6. I just bought two packs of 6 for $175 on PetBucket! Great deal for sure!

Jill B.New Jersey, United StatesAs you can see, Able was very happy to get a package and then displeased it wasn't a whole steak for him. Puppy was happy anyway. My sister recommended Pet Bucket and I was surprised she ordered all the way from Australia but the prices couldn't be beat and they have the most incredible personalized customer service! I actually got a video from them welcoming me and the dogs! Totally recommend them.

I highly recommend pet bucket. I was very hesitant because I hadn't heard much about them. My shipment came and about 10 days from when I ordered online. Prices are half the price than they are from the vet. Products work great now my fur babies are flea free.🥰

I placed my order on 4/1 and it was delivered on 4/14. I was extremely happy with the time it took. I sent them an email on 4/12 to inquire about my order. They got back to me in less than 15 minutes with accurate shipping details. They have been wonderful to work with. I couldn’t be happier with Pet Bucket. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet supplies. Their prices are great compared to other pet supply companies based in the US. 6 months of Heartgard and Nexgard cost me $110.00. A company in the US wanted $230 for the same products.

Every time I have ordered, pricing is the best I can find. The expiration date of the product gives me plenty of time to use it. And shipping is prompt and fast. I have recommended them a number of times.

Maureen C.New York, New York, United States
I can't believe how quickly my shipment got here. 15 days before the estimated delivery date. I ordered enough flea and tick medicine for two of my fur babies to last the season and the price was fantastic! Pet Bucket.is definitely my go-to for all my dog needs. I will be recommending you to all my dog friends. Thank you.
