I ordered Stronghold (Revolution) Flea Treatment for our 4 cats and it was an EXCELLENT experience with your company. The shipment took forever to get to Canada. 4 weeks later I still had not received it. I contacted Customer Service and received a reply within 20 minutes stating that sometimes packages get stuck at Customs and would I mind to wait another week. I did not mind. Fast forward one week and still nothing in the mail. Contacted Customer Service, received a reply within 15 minutes. Was given the option of a refund or a reship. Opted for the reship. 3 days after the new package was shipped out the original shipment showed up. Murphy's Law at its finest!!! Got in contact with Customer Service again and was given some options. Decided to pay for 2nd shipment and keep it. I am so impressed with your Customer Service, the speed of reply, the understanding of the issues..... I would highly recommend PetBucket to anyone who would like to save some money and experience wonderful Customer Service.

I ordered a flea & tick treatment product for our dog and after finally receiving it I was pleased. Only reason for a 4 vs 5 star is no shipping tracking on the product.

Service was fantastic, The pricing outstanding . It arrived in 10 days, we are thrilled and tell everyone we know or met.
