I was disappointed in the time it took to receive the order and the tracking system was not good. However the responses to my questions on the status of the order were handled by Shaun and his follow up (several times) were exceptional. I will have to purchase another round of meds for our pet and only due to the customer service will I purchase again, with at least 3 weeks lead time.

Received my order in good condition . Who ever delivered it left a dog biscuit for our babies ( so sweet ) . I was receiving notices that I had an order that could not be delivered because we were not home . At that time the only package that was in transit was my PetBucket order . I contacted you and the helpful staff member located my package . I was able to determine that notices I was receiving was scammers . I have recommended PetBucket to friends and family .
