They reach out to thank you for your order and to make sure it arrives If your order gets lost, they will replace it with no problem. Make sure you pay the $5 extra for tracking!

Great price on flea/ heartworm meds. I bought Simparica trio for 2 dogs and saved about $100 compared to my vet's pricing. It did take a while to receive (i think about 2-3 weeks), but I knew that in advance so I ordered early enough to receive it on time for their monthly application.
